Nothing beats a great steak. And to a chef, nothing beats a steak cooked the RIGHT way!

Kristy’s important tip, use the right fry pan and the right method…here are her very simple but so important instructions!

Preheat your oven to 250°C, season your steak,  heat the pan until it starts to smoke. Sear both sides and then place the pan in your preheated oven. Each cut will be different sizes and thicknesses so use the touch test to cook your steak to how you like it! Rare, medium, well done – it is your choice! When its ready, rest the meat for five minutes. Then eat your perfect steak!
